All Channels 🌍
This is the default view of the inbox, where you can see messages from all the campaigns you’ve run on the Sales Engagement Tool. You’ll also get a glance at messages from all three inboxes that the Smart Inbox merges: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Email 📧.
Unread Messages 📭
With this option, you can focus only on unread messages, making it easy to prioritize without scrolling through your entire inbox.
If you’ve read some messages but want to reply later, you can apply Chat Labels to those messages 🏷️ or even mark them as unread. Here’s how you can do that: 📝
You can also mark messages as unread in bulk:
Unreplied Messages 🔄
Never miss a chance to reply to your lead! Use this filter to see who you still need to answer.
Waiting
In this section you will be able to see messages provided alongside with your Invitations which are still waiting for the prospects to respond on them.
Other Messages 📤
Once you connect your LinkedIn profile to the Sales Engagement Tool, this filter shows your non-campaign-based messages. ❗ Messages sent before connecting your account won't appear here.
Archived Messages 🗄️
Find all the messages you’ve previously archived right here.
Filter Chats Per Campaign 🎯
This option lets you see messages associated with specific campaigns.
Filter Chats by Label 🏷️
Navigate to the funnel icon and click on it. A list of your labels will pop up, allowing you to choose one or multiple labels to filter by.
We’ve just added a "No Labels" filter to our system. This handy feature helps you quickly find all leads that haven’t been tagged with any labels yet.
Once you select your desired criteria, just click Apply Filters.
From here, you can also filter chat by type:
When you select Filter by Email messages, you can choose a specific email address to focus on:

Conversation Tracking
The Smart Inbox smartly tracks only your conversations, meaning the back-and-forth exchanges between you and your leads. Remember, it doesn’t log every single message sent. 🔄
Unified Inbox
Say goodbye to juggling multiple inboxes! The Smart Inbox seamlessly merges your LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Email inboxes into one. You can easily identify where messages are coming from with handy icons next to each chat:

When using the Campaign Filter, if you've chatted with a lead across different channels like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or Email, the Smart Inbox lets you effortlessly switch between these channels right within the inbox. It’s like having a remote control for your conversations!
