Actions 🔧
Each element that involves text allows you to insert tags, images, and GIFs for hyper-personalization right as you’re building the sequence. You can also decide when you want an element to be triggered—after a set number of days or hours. Plus, there’s the option for A/B testing.
- View profile 👁️: This step visits your lead's profile, sending them a notification. It’s important for some steps later on.
- Follow 👀: Following someone on LinkedIn lets you see their posts without being connected. Leads get notified, boosting your chances of a connection.
- Invite to connect 🤝: Send a connection invite to your leads. No need to view their profile first—the Sales Engagement Tool takes care of that!
- LinkedIn message 💬: This sends a LinkedIn message to your 1st-degree connections.
- InMail message 📩: Send InMails to 2nd and 3rd-degree connections, or even people you aren’t connected with. You’ve got 800 free InMails per month for leads with open profiles.
- Email message 📧: Send business emails, either imported from a CSV file or through an open API.

Conditions 🛠️
Each condition comes with two outputs—“yes” and “no.” For custom conditions, you can set up to five outputs for more complex decision trees.
- If connected 🔗: Checks if a lead accepted your connection request or not.
- If email opened 📬: Tracks whether the lead opened your email.
- If email verified 🔎: Checks if Sales Engagement Tool successfully verified the business email in the Email Discovery step.
- If email imported 📥: For emails uploaded via CSV or API, this checks if the lead has an email.
- If InMail free 🆓: Verifies whether the lead’s account can receive free InMails.
- If email link clicked 🔗: Checks if the email includes a link and whether the lead clicked it.
- Custom condition 🌳: Create up to 5 outputs for advanced decision-making.
🧠 Key Things to Remember:
- There’s no limit to the number of steps you can add to your sequence.
- For LinkedIn Basic or Premium users, you can only send one InMail to a lead (no follow-up InMails).
- You can connect two actions together, but not two conditions.
