This tutorial walks you through viewing and managing leads within the Sales Engagement Tool. Access your lead list by selecting the campaign name in the Campaigns menu, where real-time statuses like Discovered, Connection Pending, and Connected and more. π Here are 2 simple steps to access your leads:
1. Click on the Campaigns from the left side menu.
2. Click on the Campaign name in order to reach out the specific campaign lead list section.
π When you follow these steps, you'll see a leads list for campaign of choice that looks like this:
π Statuses your leads can have:
- π Discovered: Found by Sales Engagement Tool and ready for engagement.
- β³ Connection Pending: Sales Engagement Tool has sent a connection request; waiting for the lead's acceptance.
- π€ Connected, Not Replied: Lead accepted the request but hasnβt responded yet. Donβt worry, automation continues until they reply.
- π¬ Replied: Lead responded to the request or message. You can find them in Sales Engagement Tool Smart Inbox!
- π¬ Replied, Not Connected: Lead replied to your connection request message but hasnβt accepted it yet.
π To dive deeper into a lead's journey, simply click on the arrow next to their name and you will be able to see current progress of the leads within campaign.
