2. 👥 Active Status
Woohoo! An active status means your team member has accepted your invite and logged into the Sales Engagement Tool. They’re officially on board and ready to get things done! Give them a warm welcome. 🎉🙌
3. 👤 Inactive Status
Okay, this one’s a bit different. A team member becomes inactive in two situations:
- Role Removed: If they had a custom role that was deleted, they’re left without any role to play. No role, no action! 🚫
