Now, let’s get creative! When the new pop-up window appears, scroll down all the way to the 'Email Signature' section. You have two options for adding your signature: Rich Text and HTML:
Rich Text 📝
This feature allows you to input your signature using basic text. If you have a pre-existing signature, you can easily copy and paste it here or type it in directly.
HTML 💻
If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, this feature lets you customize your signature using HTML coding. You can add all sorts of fun elements like text, images, links, animated gifs, and icons.
Once you’ve selected the HTML option, paste your HTML code with your signature. Don’t forget to check the preview and make any adjustments before finalizing it. When you’re satisfied, click ‘Save’ to save it!
Pro Tip: Add an 'Unsubscribe' button to your signature. This handy feature not only automatically moves those who click on it to the Blacklist (keeping your leads list tidy) but also helps prevent your emails from landing in the Spam folder. 🚫📧

Once you’re ready with signature, remember to hit 'Save' to ensure signature is saved and ready to go.
