How to export data from account

The Sales Engagement Tool offers easy data exports! Export per campaign with the three dots, or all campaigns from the Leads section via email. Use Reports Pages for filtered exports in PDF or CSV format, enabling insightful analysis. Ready to let data guide your success? 🌟🚀

With the Sales Engagement Tool, you have some fantastic options for exporting your data:

1. Per Campaign

• You can export data from a single selected campaign. This is perfect for when you want to gather insights from a specific campaign! Just click on the three dots button next to the preferred campaign and then choose the option "Export data" to export the file.
  
  

2. For All Campaigns

• This option can be reached from the Leads section on the left side menu. It allows you to export data from all your campaigns at once. 
  
  
  
  
• When you choose it, you'll be asked for your preferred email address, and it may take a few minutes before you receive the CSV file. This file will contain data sorted by active (first) and inactive (following) campaigns, starting from the oldest to the newest.
  
  

📝 When you export a CSV file with all the campaigns, you'll be prompted to enter the email address where you'd like to receive the file, which may take a few minutes to arrive.

Reports:

You can also export data from the Reports Pages. You have two formats to choose from:

• PDF: Includes both chart and table formats.
• CSV: Table format only.

You can access the reports page of a particular campaign from your leads list page and apply specific filters like just data from LinkedIn or email, or data enrichment.
