Hey, there! 🌟
Filtering your leads helps you quickly find the exact leads you want to review, manage, or export.
This allows you to narrow down your leads by details such as name, company, email status, lead status, and campaign step, so you can focus only on the leads that matter most.
1. Find the Magic Funnel directly in Campaign🧙♂️
You can access lead filters directly from the Campaigns dashboard.
Simply go to your Campaigns page, open the campaign whose leads you want to check, and access the leads from there. Once you’re inside the campaign leads view, click the Funnel icon to start filtering.
Filter Your Leads
Once you click on the Funnel icon, different filter options will appear. From here, you can choose which leads you want to see and export by applying different filters.
You can filter leads by following options:
- Advanced Filters
Use advanced filters to narrow down leads by details such as Full Name, Company, Occupation, or Headline.
- Filter leads by status
Select one or multiple lead statuses to get a more refined list of leads based on their current campaign status.
- Filter leads by connection
Filter leads based on their connection status, so you can easily find leads who are connected, not connected, or in a specific connection stage.
- Filter leads by verified emails
Filter leads based on whether they have verified emails. This is useful when you want to focus only on leads with verified contact information.
- Filter leads by step
Focus on leads that are currently at a specific step in your campaign. You can also select multiple campaign steps if you want to review leads from more than one step at the same time.
⚠️ Please note: This options is available only if filtering is made for an individual campaign, not for All Leads
🕵️♂️TIP: You can also combine filters for more specific results. For example, you can filter leads by both Status and Current Step to find only the leads that match both conditions.
2. Filtering Leads from the All Leads Page🧙♂️
You can also filter your leads directly from the All Leads page, where all leads from your campaigns are located.
To do this, go to the All Leads section and click the Funnel icon to open the filtering options, just like you would when filtering leads through a specific campaign.
From the All Leads page, you can also select a specific campaign by clicking the campaign dropdown. This allows you to narrow down your view and filter only the leads from the campaign you want to review.
Perfect for Tracking Connections and Multiple Steps🔗
Want to focus on leads who’ve accepted your connection request? Easy!
Apply the filters just like on this example and you’ll have a neat list of new connections ready to export.
⚠️ Please note: Leads in the Finished status are no longer active in the campaign flow. This means they have completed their journey, and no further steps will apply to them.
Filter like a pro:
- Statuses + Current Step Combo: Get the best of both worlds by combining a lead status with a step filters.
- Multiple Steps: Select more than one step if you want a broader view of your leads. The more, the merrier!
...And that’s it!
Filtering leads helps you stay organized, track your campaign progress, and manage your leads more easily! 🚀
Happy filtering! 💫
