After you’ve set the MX records successfully and activated your workspace, it’s time to add new users to your workspace!
5.1. Create New Users 👥
We’re on the same screen as the final one on Level 4. After activating the workspace, add new users by hitting “Create.” 👇
💡 Pro tip 1: Create up to 3 email accounts per domain.
💡 Pro tip 2: Make sure you’re using real names. These new names should preferably be variations of your main email address.

💡 Pro tip 3: When it gives the option to create an Email alias, don’t use this option. This goes for users and domains.
💡 Pro tip 4: For each account, make sure email signatures are personalized and professional. Having unique signatures adds a personal touch to your outreach and builds trust with your prospects.
