Looking to keep your campaigns stocked with fresh leads? The “Refresh Search” feature in the Sales Engagement Tool is here to help! 🔄 Re-run your search to pull in new leads that match your criteria. Access it by clicking the three-dot menu, choosing "Refresh Search," or from the Edit tab. Set your preferred refresh frequency for ongoing updates. If you prefer adding leads with a CSV or new Search URL, check out our 'Add New Leads' guide. Elevate your outreach and keep it impactful! ✨
There are two ways to set up Refresh search option:
Active campaign
1. Go to Your Campaign 📊
- Find the campaign where you want new leads.

Open the Three Dots Menu 🍔
- Click on the three dots next to your chosen campaign.

Choose "Refresh Search" 🔄
- Select the "Refresh Search" option from the menu.
2. Open Edit campaign tab 🍔
Click on the tab Edit to reveal more options.
3. Campaign info tab
On the tab 'Campaign info', you will see the option to enable Refresh search here:
4. Set up Refresh frequency
You can set up frequency for using this option by setting up days on how often should Sales Engagement Tool refresh your search link.
Creating campaign
Click on the LinkedIn settings and scroll down a bit, you will find the option right here:
