In this guide, we’ll show you how to add a template to a different team seat, making it easy for your teammates to access and use your campaign templates.
1. Start the Campaign Setup
- As the team owner, you can access all team seats. To share a template, start by beginning a campaign process. Add any LinkedIn link or an empty CSV file to pass through the initial campaign settings.
2. Select and Save the Template
- Once you’re in the Smart Sequence dashboard, click on the Templates button and select the template you’d like to share. The platform will automatically save this as part of the campaign setup. Now, simply hit the Cancel button to exit the screen.
3. Accessing the Template in a Different Account
- Your team member can now log into their account, head to Draft campaigns, and continue editing the campaign. When they reach the campaign sequence, they can save your shared sequence as their own template to use in future campaigns.
